Public transportation (bus, train, collective taxi) are good

Snack food (Falafel, Humus, and Shawarma) is affordable, clean and testy

Lodging is quite expensive but still you can find Airbnb, B&B and Youth Hostels for reasonable prices

Amazingly personal security is not an issue, you can as a women walk in the middle of the night in Tel Aviv with no risk of harassment or violence or theft!

As a start-up nation Internet and Wi-Fi are everywhere: train, bus, hotels, coffee houses, restaurants
